Age, Early Life, and Education Background

Julia Karin Ormond hails from Epsom, Surrey United Kingdom, and was born under the Capricorn zodiac sign on 4 January 1965, which makes her 58 years old as of 2023. She was born to the stockbroker and computer software designer John Ormond and his wife, Josephine Ormond, who was a technician-laboratory assistant. Ormond was brought up alongside her four siblings in a well-off family, and spent most of her childhood in a luxury 20-room mansion, thanks to her father’s successful career. Julia attended Guildford High School, where she took art classes. She fell in love with acting when she transferred to Cranleigh School in Surrey, and appeared in several musicals such as “My Fair Lady” and Guys and Dollars.” Ormond then honed her acting skills at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts and graduated in 1988.
