He later took acting lessons at the British American Drama Academy (BADA) at Oxford, England, and also attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA), from which he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Acting.
Career
Philip’s career started when he was just four years; he began with TV commercials, appearing even with now late NBA star Kobe Bryant in a commercial for McDonald’s.
His first acting role was as Roland in the fantasy comedy film “Mystery Men” (1999), and the same year he was chosen for the part of Kirby Palmer in the TV series “The King of Queens” (1999-2000). He started the new decade with a role in the comedy film “Little Nicky”, starring Adam Sandler, Patricia Arquette and Harvey Keitel, then in 2001 he had another minor role in the film “The Animal”.
He continued with support roles in the next few years, appearing in the television drama film “Play’d: A Hip Hop Story” (2002), and in 2004 featured in the comedy film “Johnson Family Vacation”.
