Christopher Gorham Wiki Bio
American actor, screenwriter and director Christopher David Gorham was born in Fresno, California USA, on 14 August 1974, making his zodiac sign Leo. He’s appeared in over 60 TV series and movies, but is perhaps best known for playing Trevor Elliott in 10 episodes of the 2022 crime mystery series “The Lincoln Lawyer”, which starred Neve Cambell and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and was created by David E. Kelley and Ted Humphrey. It follows a man who’s running his law practice out of his Lincoln Town Car – the series was nominated for a 2022 Imagen Foundation Award for Best Actor – Drama, for Manuel Garci-Rulfo.
Education and early life
Christopher was raised in Fresno by his mother Cathryn who was a school nurse, and father David Gorham who’s a certified public accountant; Christopher doesn’t seem to have siblings, as he hasn’t mentioned having any.
He studied at Roosevelt School of the Arts and was into a number of activities during his time there, as he appeared in school plays, practiced martial arts, and played soccer. Christopher matriculated in 1992, and then enrolled at the University of California, Los Angeles from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre in 1996; during his time at UCLA, he practiced ballroom dancing, rollerblading and fencing.
Roles in TV series
Christopher’s debut TV series role was playing Lucas in the 1997 episode “Nobody Ever Said Growing Up Was Easy” of the action adventure comedy “Spy Game”, and in 1997 and ‘98, he played Elliot in four episodes of the family drama “Party of Five”, which starred Scott Wolf and Matthew Fox, and was created by Amy Lippman and Christopher Keyser. It follows the lives of five siblings, the series aired from 1994 through 2000, and won eight of its 44 award nominations.
The remainder of the ‘90s saw Christopher appear in an episode of the action fantasy “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, the crime drama “Vengeance Unlimited”, and the family comedy “Saved by the Bell: The New Class”.
From 1999 through 2001, he starred as Harrison John in 43 episodes of the romantic comedy “Popular”, which starred Carly Pope and Leslie Bibb, and was created by Gina Matthews. The series follows two girls who dislike one another, but who’ve now become family as their parents have married; it won five of its 14 award nominations. A couple of Christopher’s following roles were in the romantic drama “Felicity”, the crime mystery “Boomtown”, and the action adventure “Odyssey 5”.
In 2005 and 2006, he starred as Benjamin Barnes in all the 22 episodes of the comedy “Out of Practice”, which also starred Ty Burrell and Paula Marshal, and was created by Christopher Lloyd and Joe Keenan. From 2010 through 2014, Christopher starred as Auggie Anderson in all the 75 episodes of the crime action “Covert Affairs”, which also starred Kari Matchett and Piper Perabo, and was created by Chris Ord and Matt Corman. It follows the life of a recently employed CIA operative, and the series won one of its two award nominations.
Some of Christopher’s most recent TV series roles have been in the 2022 episode “The Pyramid Job” of the crime mystery thriller “Leverage: Redemption”, the 2023 episode “Morgan’s Story” of the crime drama “Accused”, and the 2023 episode “Maybe Today” of the crime action “NCIS: Los Angeles”.

Christopher’s debut film role was playing a supporting character in the 1997 drama “Shopping for Fangs”, and some of his following roles were in the 1997 fantasy crime comedy “A Life Less Ordinary”, the 2000 comedy “Dean Quixote” and the 2001 biographical adventure “The Other Side of Heaven”.
The year 2006 saw him star as Dil Gilbert in the comedy “Relative Chaos”, which also starred Terry Bradshaw and Nicholas Brendon, and was directed by Steven Robman. It follows siblings Lil, Dil and Gil as they’re competing for the Gilbert Cup during a family reunion.
Christopher could then have been seen appearing in the 2010 romantic comedy “My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend”, the 2011 romantic thriller “The Ledge” and the 2011 comedy “Answer This!”
He voiced Barry Allen aka The Flash in the 2014 animated action adventure “Justice League: War”, which starred Zach Callison and Sean Astin, and was directed by Jay Oliva; it follows a group of superheroes as they’re trying to stop an alien invasion.
Some of Christopher’s most recent film roles have been in the 2020 drama “One Night in Miami…”, the 2021 drama “Work Wife”, and the 2023 animated fantasy horror “Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham” (voice role).

Christopher’s a huge fan of video games, and voiced Ens. Sovak in the 1999 video game “Star Trek: Hidden Evil”, and Private Thomason in the 2003 “Medal of Honor: Rising Sun”.
His only writing credit was the 2009 short comedy movie “Pet Hunt”, and he also has seven directing credits, which include the 2012 short comedy film “Gamechangers Ep. 4: The Rant Writer 2” and the short action thriller film “Covert Affairs: Sights Unseen” in the same year, and the 2017 comedy movie “We Love You, Sally Carmichael!”

Love life and wife
Christopher’s not that open when it comes to speaking about his love life in public, but it’s still known that he’s married and has three children. He and American actress Anel Lopez Gorham exchanged vows in a private ceremony on 22 January 2000; she has eight acting credits, and is perhaps still known best for playing Poppita Fresh in 12 episodes of the 2000 romantic comedy series “Popular”. Anel gave birth to their daughter Alondra Cecilia on 10 January 2009, their son Lucas Gorham followed in 2001, and their second son Ethan Gorham in 2003.
Lucas has been diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, and this has led Christopher and his wife to become autism awareness advocates.
Christopher’s yet to speak of other women whom he’s dated, he’s married to Anel Lopez Gorham as of June 2023, and they have three children together.

Christopher’s followed in his grandfather’s footsteps, and has become a licensed auctioneer.
He was 10 when he starred as the Mad Hatter in his school’s production of “Alice Through the Looking Glass”, and won the school’s award for Best Actor, reserved for 12-year-olds.
Christopher had to learn a bit of the Tongan language, as well as to play the trumpet for his role in the 2001 movie “The Other Side of Heaven”.
