Nichole Beattie was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA, on 19 November 1976 – her zodiac sign is Scorpio and she holds American nationality. She is a film producer and a screenwriter, who is probably known best for the work she has done on the thriller horror series “The Walking Dead”, created by Frank Darabont and Angela Kang, and which stars Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride. The series follows Sheriff Deputy Rick Grimes, who, after waking up from a coma, realizes that the world has been taken over by ‘the walking dead’. It has been airing since 2010, and has won 78 awards while it has been nominated for 214 others, including a Golden Globe – Nichole was nominated for an Online Film & Television Association Award for Best Writing in a Drama Series in 2013.
She is also known for being the ex-wife of famous American actor and comedian Michael Rapaport.
Childhood and education
Nichole was raised in Minneapolis by her parents, but not a lot is known about them, except that they divorced when Nichole was still very young, that her father was an alcoholic, and that he died.
Nichole was urged by her mother to focus on her education, and was thus one of the best students at her high school. She had numerous interests, including acting, creative writing and dancing, and upon matriculation in 1994 enrolled at Arizona State University, however, she quit after her brother died in a skiing accident.
Career as a film writer and producer
Not a lot is known about Nichole’s career from 1994 to 2007, but it’s believed that she worked various jobs to financially support herself, before joining the film industry as a writer and producer.
She launched her career with her job as a staff writer for nine episodes of the fantasy mystery series “John from Cincinnati”, but which was cancelled after airing 10 episodes. In 2008, she worked as a staff writer on four episodes (three uncredited) of the crime thriller series “Sons of Anarchy”, and followed by working on various series, writing two episodes of “Rubicon” in 2010, writing two and producing 12 episodes of “Prime Suspect” in 2011, and then wrote five and produced 16 episodes of “The Walking Dead”.
The following years saw her write single episodes of several series, including “The Bastard Executioner” and “Emerald City” and in 2018, plus one and producing 10 episodes of “Beyond”. One of her notable works was producing the 2019 western drama film “Deadwood: The Movie”, written by David Milch, directed by Daniel Minahan and which starred Timothy Olyphant, Ian McShane and Molly Parker; the movie won Nichole a nomination for a Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Television Movie in 2019 and a Producers Guild of America Award for Outstanding Producer of Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures in 2020.
One of her most recent works has been on the series “For All Mankind”, for which she wrote four episodes and produced 10.
Love life and marriage with Michael Rapaport
Nichole is quite secretive when it comes to her love life, and not a lot is known about her former marriage with Michael Rapaport. They apparently met sometime in the late ‘90s, and married in 2000 in a private ceremony attended by their closest friends and family. Nichole gave birth to their two sons, but in 2007 she and Michael divorced for unknown reasons. Michael went on to marry his long-term girlfriend, actress Kebe Dunn in 2016, while Nichole hasn’t talked about any men she might have been with since her divorce.
As of December 2020, Nichole is single, was once married and has two sons.
Hobbies and other interests
Nichole has been interested in reading since her first days of school, and this has helped her grow her imagination and learn to write – she has read numerous books to this day, and her favorite genres are science fiction and fantasy, while her favorite books are the franchise “The Lord of the Rings”.
She is keen on travelling, and her job has taken her to many US states, while Nichole has also travelled for pleasure and been overseas to France and Spain in Europe.
She is a lover of animals with cats being her favorites, but is said not to have any pets.

Michael Rapaport was born in New York City, USA, on 20 March 1970 – his zodiac sign is Pisces and he holds American nationality. He has been credited with appearing in roughly 120 movies and TV series, but might still be known best for his starring role in the romantic comedy series “The War at Home”, created by Rob Lotterstein and which also starred Anita Barone and Kaylee DeFer – the story follows two parents struggling to raise their children. It aired 44 episodes from 2005 to 2007, and was nominated for eight awards.
Michael was raised alongside his brother Eric and half-sister Claudia Lonow (from his father’s first marriage) by his parents David Rapaport who was a radio executive, and June Brody who was a radio personality – his parents divorced when he was in his teens. Michael studied at Erasmus Hall High School, and was expelled for unknown reasons, however, he eventually went back and matriculated.
After turning 19, he moved to Los Angeles in California to work on his career as a stand-up comedian, performing at his stepfather Mark Lonow’s comedy club The Improv for the following three years.

He gained recognition after he was invited to act in the dramatic series “China Beach”, and then became somewhat popular after portraying the supporting character Frank in the sitcom “My Name is Earl”. He is also known for his portrayal of Don Self, one of the lead characters in the fourth season of the series “Prison Break”.
He made his directing debut in 2011, with the documentary movie “Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest”, which received positive reviews. He also directed the series of documentary movies “30 for 30”, the first of which was released in 2014 and played at the Tribeca Film Festival. Since then, Michael could have been seen appearing in an episode of various TV shows, including “The Morning Podcast with Bill Burr”, “The Adam Carolla Show” and “Cari Champion’s Podcast”.
One of his most recent roles has been in the 2019 episode “Go Big or Go Homer” of the animated sitcom “The Simpsons”, in which he voiced Mike Wegman.

Michael is somewhat of a hero as he helped stop a man who was trying to open an emergency door in the middle of a flight he was on in June 2018 – Michael put his hand on the man’s shoulder and yelled at him three times before pinning him down against his seat.
