Family’s personal life

David has appeared in “CSI,” “Boston Legal,” “ER,” “The Mentalist” “Rizzoli” and “Isles.” He has voiced characters in the animated series versions of “The Avengers” and “Back to the Future”, as well as “Superman: The Animated Series.” Lisa has appeared in “Married with Children,” “His & Hers” and “The Closer.” She has voiced characters in “Fievel’s American Tails”, and the video game “Interstate ’76.” They run a Young Actors Space institute where they train young actors, and have been training Grace in voice modulation since she was young.

Henry is also an actor; he has appeared in “Major Crimes” and lent his voice to “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.”

Career

She began attending her parents’ acting classes purely for fun, but soon realized that she wanted to pursue it as a career. Her first professional job was when she was seven-years-old, playing Tootie at the Carpenter Center in Long Beach, California, in a production of “Meet Me in St. Louis.” According to earnthenecklace.com, when recalling her first role in an interview, she stated, ‘It was magical.’ Before her acting career began to take off, she appeared in single episodes of “Free Agents” and “The Closer.”

From 2014-18, she played Ashley Chandler in TNT’s action-drama series, “The Last Ship,” and from 2015-18, she played Berry in “Whisker Haven Tales with the Palace Pets.”

However, she is best known for her current role from 2016 as Kate Burns in CBS’s sitcom, “Man with a Plan,” which stars Matt Le Blanc. Her role as Nikki Presser in 2017’s “Sister” was her debut in a feature film. Other appearances include the season three and four leading role of Deema in “Bubble Guppies” from 2013-2016 – for her audition, she used her father’s microphone. The part also required Grace to sing, which was no problem for her as she has a background in musical theatre. She played multiple characters in “Clarence,” spanning over 40 episodes from 2013-2018.

In 2014, she appeared in eight episodes of “Bad Teacher” as Bronwen, one episode, of “2 Broke Girls,” entitled “And the Childhood Not Included,” as the voice of Young Max, and she also voiced Melody Mouse in the episode “Minnie’s Winter Bow Show!” of “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.” In 2017-19 she returned to the show as Melody Mouse, voicing her in one episode each year.

For a few years already, she has worked with a vocal trainer, Steve Hollis, to further learn about vocal technique and support. She said that he has given her various warm-up tips which are immensely helpful, especially when she needs to sing for several hours.
