Tapping (Emotional freedom technique – EFT) is a transformational tool that combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. It involves using your fingertips to stimulate nine specific acupressure points on your body, while keeping your mind on the negative emotion. This stimulates the body’s meridians, increasing energy flow to heal the energy blocks/stress responses as they arise, teaching the body to respond with calm rather than stress when faced with a negative experience. The 12th Annual Tapping World Summit is a 10 day online free event starting tomorrow, February 24! The summit includes tapping teachings with Gabrielle Bernstein, Jack Canfield, Dr Christiane Northrup, Dr Mark Hymen and it is my honor to be teaching a session on the 9th day, March 3rd at 8pm on “How To Use Tapping to Bring Peace to Strained Relationships.” Link in bio to register for free! @thetappingsolution @nickortner @jessicaortner @drmarkhyman @gabbybernstein @drchristianenorthrup @jackcanfield_official #tapping #tappingsolution #tappingworldsummit #tappingsummit #stress #freeevent #onlineevent #virtualseminar #energy #energyflow #relationships

He played for the well-known college basketball team, the Demon Deacons, alongside future basketball star Tim Duncan during his senior year. During its run, it received critical acclaim and is often considered as one of the best shows of all time, winning numerous awards, while Sarah Michelle Gellar’s career elevated significantly.
