British television personality, stage actress and filmmaker Lydia Fox, was born on 7 June 1979, in Leeds, Yorkshire, England. She is also known by her married name, Lydia Ayoade.

After matriculating from the high school, she attended Newnham College, a women’s constituent college in the University of Cambridge and studied a two-year acting diploma. While studying, she played Juliet in the 2001 Marlowe Society production of “Romeo and Juliet” opposite British actor Tom Hiddleston, and was critiqued as ‘a slightly nonchalant Juliet.’
