Who is Taylin Gaulden, YoungBoy NBA’s son?
Taylin Gaulden was born in Louisiana, USA, on 19 March 2017 – his zodiac sign is Pisces and he holds American nationality. He is known only for being one of five sons of YoungBoy NBA (Never Broke Again), a famous American rapper.
Taylin’s early life
Taylin is being raised by his mother Niya in Louisiana, as his father has spent a lot of time in jail, and wasn’t there when he was born or during his first year of life – YoungBoy came out of prison only days before Taylin’s first birthday.
YoungBoy is said to care about his children and is sending money to their mothers but doesn’t normally spend much time with them – he has five kids with four mothers.
Taylin is a very active child who likes to run around and learn about his environment. He is said to be very smart, and although YoungBoy claims that he won’t force the kid to attend college and will let him choose whatever profession he wants, he would like it if his son would become a singer or a rapper one day.
Age and height
Taylin’s age is three. He has short black hair and brown eyes, is 3ft 1in (0.94m) tall, and weighs around 31lbs (14kgs). As of August 2020, his father’ net worth has been estimated at around $6 million, in which he obviously shares as necessary.
Who is YoungBoy NBA?
Kentrell DeSean Gaulden was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana USA, on 20 October 1999 – his zodiac sign is Libra and he holds American nationality. He is a rapper, but perhaps better known for the problems he has had with the law.
YoungBoy was raised an only child in Baton Rouge – his mother left the family while he was still very young, while his father was sentenced to 55 years in jail, thus YoungBoy was raised by his maternal grandmother. He was only a toddler when he broke his neck, and had to wear a head brace which left marks on his forehead. YoungBoy soon became involved in illegal activities, and quit school at the age of 14 to pursue his career as a rapper, however, he was arrested for robbery just days later and spent some time at Tallulah’s detention center in Louisiana – it was while there that he started writing lyrics for his songs.
Upon his release, YoungBoy found that his grandmother had died from heart problems, and so invited his friend, a rapper called NBA 3Three, to live with him; the pair engaged in various illegal activities to pay for their studio time.
The microphone which YoungBoy used for his first songs was bought at Walmart. His debut mixtape came out in mid-2015 entitled “Life Before Fame”, and several other mixtapes followed in the same year entitled “Before I Go”, “Mind of a Menace” and “Mind of a Menace 2”.
He gained recognition in October 2016 after the release of his mixtape “38 Baby”, which was recorded in collaboration with Boosie Badazz, Kevin Gates and NBA 3Three. In November 2016, his new mixtape entitled “Mind of a Menace” appeared, and around the same time, he and another rapper, Scotty Cain, started dissing each other in their songs which also featured death threats, however, they never confronted each other physically.
In December 2016, YoungBoy was involved in a drive-by shooting and was arrested as he was the main suspect of an attempted murder.
He was sent to spend some time in prison in East Baton Rouge Parish in Louisiana, and while there, his two new mixtapes came out entitled “Mind of a Menace 3: Reloaded” and “Before I Go: Reloaded”. He was released from jail after paying bail in May 2017, and then produced his new single “Untouchable”. His next mixtape “A.I. YoungBoy” came out on 3 August 2017, and peaked at #24 on the Billboard 200 while his single “Untouchable” reached #95 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart – his other single “No Smoke” reached #61 on the Billboard Hot 100.
On 6 January 2018, YoungBoy released his new single “Outside Today”, which peaked at #31 on the Billboard Hot 100.
He was arrested again in February, but released from jail on 15 March, and on 27 April, his debut full-length album “Until Death Call My Name” came out. On 19 May, he released his new mixtape “Master The Day of Judgment”, and then went to work on his 4 EP (extended play) project. The first, “4Respect” came out on 24 August, and was followed by the second, “4Freedom” on 30 August – “4Loyalty” and “4WhatImportant” were released on 6 and 14 September respectively. His new mixtape entitled “Decided” came out on 7 September, and reached #9 on the Billboard 200. To mark the end of 2018, he released his mixtape “Realer” on 20 December.
In September 2019, YoungBoy was put under house arrest for 14 months, after he violated his probation period, but has continued to make music at home. He released his new single “House Arrest Tingz” on 25 September, and on 4 October another single, “Bandit” featuring the rapper Juice Wrld, and it peaked at #10 on the Billboard Hot 100. His next mixtape “Al YoungBoy 2” came out on 10 October and it topped the Billboard 200, which has to this day remained YoungBoy’s best charting position.
In February 2020, his next mixtape entitled “Still Flexin, Still Steppin” came out, which peaked at #2 on the Billboard 200 Chart, and his following mixtape “38 Baby 2” was released on 24 April, topping the Billboard 200 Chart.

YoungBoy has recently announced he would be releasing a new album – “Top” on 11 September.
In 2016, YoungBoy was arrested after he opened fire on a car full of people in the middle of the street, and was charged with two attempted murders. He spent around half a year in prison and was let out on three years of active probation. He was arrested once again on 25 February 2018 for committing assault and kidnapping, and was released after 15 days when he paid $75,000 bail. He killed an innocent man in 2019 and was sent to prison for three months followed by 14-month’s probation. Obviously there is more to these affairs then has been made public.
