They were together for eight years before marrying in church in 1980 with their friends and wide family attending. In 1981, Stephanie gave birth to their daughter named Amber, and their son Logan followed in 1983. Lee and Stephanie have been keeping their love life away from the media’s attention, although it’s believed that they had some problems in their marriage after Lee became famous and his wife jealous, however, they have worked through these issues and have remained together to this day.
It is believed that Stephanie is the first and only woman that Lee has ever been with, while Stephanie was dating another boy from her high school before she started seeing Lee.

I really admire Lee Horsley and wish I knew how he is doing today.
Funny, you can’t find a current photograph of this guy anywhere on the internet. Nowhere. I find that interesting, because most actors/actresses do have a current photo of themselves somewhere on the net. He can’t look that bad at 67y.
Julia; there is a picture of him in his early 60’s. Type in Lee Horsley and a bunch of site come up, but also a recent pic. He is still quite handsome.
Many of us would like to see Lee acting again.
Hey Mr. Lee Horsely, We need more Guns of Paridise! I have written one in my head. I,m not a writer just a gramma but my husband encouraged me to write you. We have been watching westerns all our lives. I have to say you were one of the best cowboy/gunfighters I,ve ever seen! I loved the way you pulled out all your guns and shot em all! Your eyes were so expressive you didnot have to say a word. Cowboys don,t say much anyway do they. We really wish you would come out of retirement and make {as your gramma used to say,{ It,s only an hour show why are you tired?} Bless her heart. In that same spirit I,ll say, It,s only one more movie! I do have another one brewing in my head. I have never written a fan letter before but I thought I,d give it a shot! I,ve been trying to find a way to get this idea to you. If I don,t hear from you I guess I,ll have to write your fan club. To get your interst going, The title would be Paridise Reunited. the next one would be Return to Paridise and guess who would return? I don,t want to say too much now so I hope you will read this and I,ll give you all the details. Guns of Paradise just came on cable just now and I,ve been spelling it wrong!! Oh well as I said I am not a writer. Please think about giving the wolrd more Uncle Ethan! May God Bless you and your family, Peace&Prayers Herb&Wendy Callaway
Olivia Clarke really should have done a little research…then she would know that Lee Horsley is 6’3″ tall. He has one living older brother. Another brother was killed in an auto accident when Lee was 9 years old. His family moved to Colorado when he was around 12 years old. In high school, he was active in aquatic sports and football. Introduced to acting while in his senior year, he was hooked. After graduating in 1973, he attended the University of Colorado (majoring in voice and drama) while staring in plays around the Denver area. He dropped out of college in his third year before moving to New York and traveling in summer stock for a time. He auditioned for “The Gangster Chronicles” in Hollywood and in 1980, he was cast as Archie Goodwin in “Nero Wolfe”. He met Stephanie Downer in Denver where she worked for a small production company. She was divorced and had two young children. Lee and Stephanie were married in his brothers living room on Christmas day, 1980. There has never been any reports of scandalous behavior about either of them. Lee’s favorite thing to do since he was a young boy is fish and hunt. None of his novels have been published.
