Who is Heather Anne Mills McCartney?

Heather Anne Mills McCartney was born in Aldershot, Hampshire, England, on 12 January 1968 – her zodiac sign is Capricorn and she holds British nationality. She is a social media personality, businesswoman and a former model, but who is perhaps best known for being the now ex-wife of Paul McCartney, a famous British singer and songwriter.

Early life and education

Heather was raised in Aldershot alongside her older brother Shane and younger sister Fiona, by their father John ‘Mark’ Francis Mills who was a paratrooper, photographer and a car mechanic, and their mother Beatrice Mary Mills, who was born in India during the Second World War – her parents met while they both attended Newcastle University.

Beatrice’s father was against her marriage with John which is why he didn’t attend the wedding, and only saw Beatrice one more time before he passed away.

Heather grew up alongside her pet dog, cat, and a goose, while the family also had a goat which was free to go inside the house. She studied at Usworth Grande Primary School before moving to Usworth Comprehensive School both located in Washington, County Durham. Heather later claimed that she and her neighbor Margaret Ambler were kidnapped and raped by a swimming pool attendant when she was eight, and because of hurting her privacy, Margaret sued Heather winning £5,000, while Heather also had to pay for legal costs which were £54,000.

Heather and her sister Fiona have both claimed that their father was violent towards them after his wife left him for the famous British actor Charles Henry Stapley – according to the girls, John made them shoplift because he had no money to buy them food and clothes, and he once threw the girls’ brother out of the window, and he needed to be hospitalised.

Heather’s career

Heather moved to Clapham in London after her father was sentenced to 18 months in prison, and she and Fiona lived with their mother and her new partner. Heather soon started working at a croissant shop, but was let go in only a month – she later wrote in her autobiography how she worked at Penrose Jewellers but the owner of the store Jim Guy stated: ‘Everything she wrote about me was lies, I never gave her a job; she just hung around and made tea.

She told me her father was dead. The only thing that was true was that she nicked stuff from the shop’.

In 1986, Heather met a man 10-years her senior, Alfie Karmal, who bought her clothes and jewelry and paid for her breast enhancements – they dated for two years before Heather told him that she was offered a modelling contract and moved to Paris, where she was actually ‘working’ as the mistress of George Kazan, a millionaire from Lebanon. She was his mistress for two years, and during that time posed nude for the German sex education manual “The Joys of Love” (“Die Freuden der Liebe”).

After losing half of her left leg, Heather wrote her autobiography “Out on a Limb” in 1995 with the help of Pamela Cockerill, a ghostwriter – the book was published in the US in 2002 as “A Single Step”, and all the money made from sales was donated to Adopt-A-Minefield, which helped clear landmines all around the world. Heather was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2003 from the Open University for her philanthropic work, and she soon became the vice president of the Limbless Association – in 2004, she won the Human Security Award given by the University of California, Irvine. Heather released her second book “Life Balance: The Essential Keys to a Lifetime of Wellbeing” in 2006.

Love life and marriage with Paul

Upon returning to London from Paris, Heather asked Karmal to marry her and he accepted but only if she would see a psychiatrist – Heather talked to a psychiatrist two times a week for two months, and on 6 May 1989, she and Karmal married in a private ceremony attended by their closest friends and family. She suffered two ectopic pregnancies in the following year, which is why Karmal suggested that she go on a holiday to Croatia with his ex-wife, however, Heather instead began dating Milos Pogacar, a Slovenian ski instructor, and they also started living together in Croatia. Not long afterwards, the Croatian War started, and Heather and Milos ran a refugee crisis center in England helping Croatian people escape war – Heather and Karmal divorced in 1991, and by 1993, Heather had become engaged to Raffaele Mincione, who was working for the Industrial Bank of Japan as a bond dealer.

Heather became engaged to Marcus Stapleton in 1995 after having known him for only 16 days, then in 1999 she became engaged to Chris Terrill, but left him five days before the wedding, telling her friends that he was an MI6 agent, how he was sabotaging her, and that he was gay.

Heather met Paul McCartney in April 1999 at the Dorchester Hotel and they started dating not long after. On 23 July 2001, Paul asked Heather to marry him, and their wedding was held on 11 June 2002, which was around four years after Paul’s wife Linda lost her fight against cancer. On 28 October 2003, Heather gave birth to their daughter Beatrice Milly McCartney, but on 17 May 2006, she and Paul divorced, and she received £24.3 million as settlement (she asked for £125 million) – Heather was also granted £35,000 per year as child support.

Health problems and leg prosthetic

On 8 August 1993, Heather was hit by a police motorcyclist, and suffered punctured lungs and crushed ribs, while she also lost 6ins (0.15m) of her left leg below her knee – she underwent surgery in October 1993 which shortened her leg even more, and she had to wear a prosthetic. The police paid Heather £200,000 while she also made around £180,000 by selling her story to newspapers – Heather used the money to found the Heather Mills Health Trust, which helped people who lost limbs to landmines to purchase prosthetic arms and legs. It is believed that Heather has helped over 22,000 people obtain prosthetics and in 2001, Ivica Racan, the prime minister of Croatia, awarded Heather a medal for helping clear Croatia of landmines.

Hobbies and other interests

Heather is a huge lover of animals, and is the spokesperson of Viva!, a British animals rights organization. Who is Paul McCartney?

James Paul McCartney was born in Liverpool, England on 18 June 1942 – his zodiac sign is Gemini and he holds British nationality. He is perhaps still best known for being a founding member, the co-lead vocalist and the bass guitarist of the British rock band The Beatles.

James was raised alongside his younger brother Michael by their father Fames McCartney who was a firefighter during the Second World War, and their mother Mary Patricia who was a nurse, and who died when Paul was 14.

He studied at Stockton Wood Road Primary School before moving to Joseph Williams Junior School, and then in 1953, Paul was one of three boys who passed the 11-Plus test and went on to enroll at the prestigious Liverpool Institute.

Paul was 15 years old when he met John Lennon and joined his band The Quarrymen, then in August 1960 they changed the band’s name to The Beatles. The band was and still is enormously popular, and when they split in 1970, Paul fell into depression but recovered after he and his friends formed the rock band Wings in 1971 – Paul has been working on his solo career to this day, after Wings split in 1981.

Paul has been taking drugs since the launch of his singing career. He began smoking marijuana in 1964, after being introduced to it by American singer and author Bob Dylan. Paul was later offered heroin, but refused and instead started using cocaine, but quit after a year because he felt depressed after the effect wore off. In 1966 he started using LSD and later claimed how it opened his eyes and made him a better person – he later started meditating and doing yoga.

On 9 October 2011, Paul married Nancy Shevell in a small ceremony attended by around 30 people and the two have been together to this day – they knew each other for 20 years prior to exchanging vows.

The Untold Truth Of Jeff Dunham’s Ex-Wife – Paige Dunham

Sometimes, working together can ruin one’s marriage, and this is apparently what happened to the famous business duo, Jeff and Paige Dunham. You all most likely know Jeff from his comedy skits and puppet Walter, but how much do you know about his ex-wife, Paige, and did their marriage end on good terms?

Early life and education

Paige Dunham was born Paige Brown on 13 March 1968, in Savannah, Georgia USA – nothing is known about her parents or possible siblings.

She grew up on Amelia Island, Florida, but when she was in middle school she moved with her family to West Palm Beach, Florida, where she finished her high school classes, while learning to dance at her family’s dancing school. After matriculation, Dunham enrolled at Clemson University located in South Carolina, US, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business. She had a daughter, Bree Aleece Brown, with an undisclosed man, and raised her as a single parent during her first years.

Marriage to Jeff Dunham

After returning to West Palm Beach with her daughter, Paige met the stand-up comedian Jeff Dunham, who was known for his comedic puppet characters. It isn’t known when exactly the two started dating, but their wedding was held on 13th August 1994 in Los Angeles, California, to where the new family relocated; Jeff adopted Dunham’s daughter and became her legal guardian. In 1995, the couple welcomed their first daughter together, Ashlyn Evelyn, and two years later, their second daughter, Makenna Paige was born.

However, the two began to have marriage problems around the time their business began to thrive. In 2008, Jeff filed for separation, but Dunham filed for divorce and the process ended in 2012. That same year, Jeff remarried to personal trainer, certified nutritionist and competition bodybuilder, Audrey Murdick, and the two became parents of twin boys, James Jeffrey and Jack Steven, in October 2015.

During her marriage with Jeff, Dunham wasn’t just his wife but also his co-worker; in fact, she is said to be responsible for most of his success at the time.

She was helping him to write material and make show ideas, and also ran the merchandise shop and online store that brought them a lot of income. She was the one responsible for the creation of the database of Jeff’s fans in 1994, and this helped Jeff win the Best Male Stand-Up Comic Award at the American Comedy Awards in 1997. Paige was the one creating newsletters and other promotional work, and in 1999 she launched Brasma Publications as a continuation of the family business – it published the book “Dear Walter” in 2003, which was a collection of questions asked by Jeff’s audiences, together with live answers given by Walter, a grumpy old puppet controlled by Jeff.

Dunham launched the Jeff and Paige Dunham Foundation in 2006, which focused on helping people in need. For a while, $1 from a ticket sale of Jeff’s comedy shows, and 100% of the profit from their eBay store went to the foundation. That same year, their foundation and Ronald McDonald House of Houston presented a $35,000 check to the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.

After the end of her marriage in 2012, Dunham became a motivational speaker for women who are going through the divorce process.

She also has her own charity organization, The Paige Dunham Foundation.

Dunham works as an executive film producer too; her movies include the romantic film “The Face of Love” that aired in 2013, as well as the history movie “Last Days in the Desert” in 2016.

Personal Life

Dunham is a supporter of numerous children’s charities and humanitarian causes.

She is a fan of running, and she thinks of it as a therapeutic hobby for her. She even ran the San Francisco half-marathon, and raised $6,000 that she donated to the National Institution for Mental Health.

In 2015, Jeff’s wife Audrey filed a lawsuit against Dunham, because Dunham registered various domains under the name ‘Audrey Dunham’ without permission – even before Audrey took her husband’s last name! Audrey sued for damage of $100,000 per domain name, and filed a claim of unfair competition. As of May 2020, the lawsuit outcome still isn’t known to the public.

Dunham is fairly active on various social media platforms. She has official Instagram and Twitter accounts that she frequently posts on.

Net worth

Dunham made a fortune while working behind the scenes with her former spouse. She made a lot of income herself too, through her various business endeavors. As of May 2020, her net worth is estimated at around $20 million. On the other hand, her ex-husband’s net worth is reputedly an astonishing $140 million! Just in 2011, he reportedly earned $20 million from his business and acting career.

Physical characteristics

Paige is a woman with dyed blond hair and blue eyes. Her height is 5ft 4ins (1.65m), but her weight and other body measurements and shoe and dress sizes haven’t been disclosed.
